Return policy

  • Any product purchased can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
  • Return of goods is possible only if if the product retains its appearance, original packaging and labeling. When returning a product, you must also attach the original document confirming its purchase - a receipt or invoice.
  • Once the returned product has been accepted and checked in our store, you will receive a notification by e-mail or mobile phone number specified in the order.
  • The funds for the returned goods will be transferred to the bank account that was used to pay for the order within 5 working days.
  • We will refund only the cost of the goods. If you cancel the purchase, we do not refund the money for the delivery.
  • The return of the goods is paid by the client. You can also bring the goods for return to our store at the address: Gertrudes st. 88, Riga.
  • These conditions for the return of goods apply to online purchases.
